Amendment in the ANF 3B notified on 28.06.2018 for claiming SEIS benefits inder the FTP 2015-20 the In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the ANF 3B of the Handbook of Procedures, 2015-20 as notified vide Public Notice 15 /2015-20 dated 28.06.201 8. Heading/ Field of|Current Provision Amended Provision ANF 3B Guidelines for}1.Documentary evidence ofl. Documentary Evidence in the form of a CA/CWA/CS Applicants payments which are approved by(Certificate, which certifies that payments in INR fo RBI as deemed to be received injservices rendered as under Appendix 3E have been foreign exchange and deemed toJscrutinized and these payments in INR are approved be earned in foreign exchangelunder RBI guidelines as deemed to be received in for services in Appendix 3E foreign exchange and deemed to be earned in foreign exchange - is required to be submitted by applicants which claims benefits for INR payments. For the service categories, Medical and Dental Services (Provisional CPC 9312), Hospital Services (Provisional CPC 9311) and Hotels and Restaurants (including catering) (Provisional CPC 641-643), invoicewise matching with FIRC/proof of payment will not be required and instead, a consolidated statement of both invoices and FIRCs/proofs of payment may be submitted.
