Subject: Amendments in Para 2.16 of Hand Book of Procedures of FTP 2015-20— Regarding
In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Hand Book of Procedure, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, hereby makes amendments in para 2.16 (a) of Hand Book of Procedures with immediate effect. (Changes made are in Bold Letters)

3 Effect of this Public Notice
Para No. 2.16 (a) of HBP of FTP 2015-20 has been amended to enhance the validity period of export authorisation for restricted (Non-SCOMET) goods from 12 monthsae .
