Subject: List of capital goods not permitted/permitted for import under the EPCG Scheme-reg.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Appendix SF (List of Capital Goods not permitted/permitted for import subject to specific conditions under the EPCG Scheme) of the FTP 2015-20, notified vide DGFT’s Public Notice No. 47/2015-20 dated 6" December, 2017:

After Sr. No.12, the following is added:

Effect of this Public Notice: Imports of PUF panels/doors for chilled and furniture and fixtures etc. for hospitals are allowed under the EPCG.
