Subject: Enhancement of rates for certain HS codes in the Appendix 3B, Table 2 under MEIS

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends the Appendix 3 B, Table 2, as notified vide PN 61 dated 07.03.2017 and amended from time to time, as below:

2. The rates for certain HS Codes in the Appendix 3B, Table-2 for MEIS is amended as per rates mentioned in column 5 of the table below for exports made on or after 01.11.2017.
