Subject: Amendments/Corrections in Table 2 of Appendix 3B Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following Amendments/Corrections/ in Table 2 of Appendix 3B (notified through Public Notice No.02/2015-20 dated 01.04.2015 and amended till date). The changes under this Public Notice shall be applicable for exports w.e.f. 01.01.2017:

2; The following entries are incorporated in the Table 2 of Appendix 3B to provide coverage to the items which were covered under ITC (HS) 2012.

4. The existing entries at S].No.2777, 2779, 2780, 2781 and 2782 in Table 2 of Appendix 3B are deleted since the 8 digit tariff lines pertaining to these entries are already covered for benefits under entries at S1.No.2776 and 2778.

5; The date of claim period for the above items shall be reckoned from the date of issue of this Public Notice.

Effect of Public Notice:- Certain amendments/corrections have been made to Table 2 of Appendix 3B of FTP 2015-20 to align them with the ITC(HS) codes (Alok Vard haturvedi) Director General General of Foreign Foreign Trade 2017 for exports made w.e.f. 01.01.2017. he
