The Directorate General of Foreign Trade had notified the Harmonised MEIS Schedule in Appendix 3B vide Public Notice NO.61 dated on 07.03.2017. Some of the ITC (HS) 2012 Codes eligible under MEIS were not notified. 2. In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2820), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the MEIS Schedule, Appendix 3B (Table-2) for the ITC(HS) Codes that were not included in the Harrnonised list vide Public Notice No.61/201S-20 on 07.03.2017. 3. The Harrnonised MEIS list as per this Public Notice shows the existing 2012 HS Codes, their description with corresponding 2017 HS Codes and description of goods/products and rates of MEIS applicable. The same is available at Annexure to this Public Notice. [Issued from File No. 01/61/180/68/AMIS/PC-3] 4. This Hannonised list as per ITC (HS), 2017 for the items in the Annexure to this Public Notice would be effective for shipments made w.e.f. 01.01.2017.
