Amendments in Product Description in MEIS Schedule-Table 2 of Appendix 3B.

Subject: Amendments in Product Description in MEIS Schedule- Table 2 of Appendix 3B.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following corrections in description of products in Table 2 of Appendix 3B (notified through Annexure to Public Notice No.2 dated April 1, 2015).

2. The description of following Tariff lines is corrected.

3. The above changes in product description are deemed to have been applicable from 01.04.2015. i.e., the initial date on which the above products were included in the MEIS Schedules (Table 2 of Appendix 3B). 4. Effect of Public Notice: The product description in the MEIS Schedules existing prior to Public Notice 61 dated 07.03.2017 has been corrected in line with ITC (HS).
