Amendment in ANF-5A [Application for issue of EPCG Authorisation] incorporating the guidelines for designating/certifying a Common Service Provider (CSP) under Para 5.02 (b) of FTP 2015-20 — reg. S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the guidelines for designating/certifying a Common Service Provider under Para 5.02 (b) of FTP 2015-20 with immediate effect. Guidelines for designating/certifying a CSP as per Para 5.02(b) of FTP are being notified. Accordingly, a new Paragraph at SI. No. 4 under the guidelines of ANF 5 A is inserted which shall read as under:

Subject: Amendment in ANF-5A [Application for issue of EPCG Authorisation] incorporating the guidelines for designating/certifying a Common Service Provider (CSP) under Para 5.02 (b) of FTP 2015-20 — reg. S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the guidelines for designating/certifying a Common Service Provider under Para 5.02 (b) of FTP 2015-20 with immediate effect. Guidelines for designating/certifying a CSP as per Para 5.02(b) of FTP are being notified. Accordingly, a new Paragraph at SI. No. 4 under the guidelines of ANF 5 A is inserted which shall read as under:

• “4. Guidelinesfor designating/certifying ofCSP under Para 5.02(b) of FTP 2015-20 The designating/certifying authority should call for the following documents:-

  • a. IEC b. RCMC

  • c. Common service to be provided (in brief)

  • d. List of minimum six potential users (Name and IEC)

  • e. Name of the TEE where the applicant unit is located

  • f. Product category to be serviced

  • g. The unit should be duly registered with relevant indirect tax authorities prior to export.”

Effect of the Public Notice: ANF 5A of Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-20 has been amended to include guidelines for designating/certifying a Common Service Provider by DGFT, Department of Commerce or State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation in a Town of Export Excellence under Para 5.02 (b) FTP 2015-20.
