----- Start of picture text -----<br> In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy<br>2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade<br>makes amendments in Paragraph 4.61 of Hand Book of Procedures 2015-2020 to read<br>as under:<br>No<br>Plain gold / platinum/ silver jewellery and 3.5%<br>Articles and ornaments like Mangalsutra<br>containing gold and black beads /<br>imitation stones, except in studded form<br>of jewellery.<br>b) All types of Studded gold / platinum /| 6.0% (for those studded with<br>silver Jewellery and articles thereof. coloured Gem stones) and <<br>7.0% (for those studded with<br>diamonds).<br>c) Any jewellery / articles manufactured by 2%<br>fully mechanized process<br>d) Gold / silver/ platinum medallions & coins 1.5%<br>excluding coins of nature of legal tender<br>e) Gold / silver/ platinum findings / mountings 2.5%<br>manufactured by mechanized process<br>----- End of picture text -----<br>
