Subject- Amendment in Para 4.38 (v) of Hand Book of Procedures 2015-20 for allowing Clubbing of Advance Authorizations for Annual Requirement.

In exercise of powers conferred under Para 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in paragraph 4.38(v) of Handbook of Procedures 2015-20:-

Existing Para 4.38(v):

Facility of clubbing shall not be available for Advance Authorization for Annual Requirement.

Revised Para 4.38(v):

Facility of clubbing shall also be available for Advance Authorisations for Annual Requirement issued during Foreign Trade Policy period 2009-14 and 2015-20, wherever exports and imports have taken place as per Standard Input output Norms (SION) notified (available in Handbook of Procedures).

Effect of Public Notice:

Facility of clubbing is being allowed for Advance Authorisations for Annual Requirement issued during Foreign Trade Policy period 2009-14 and 2015-20 wherever exports and imports have taken place as per Standard Input output Norms (SION) notified (available in Handbook of Procedures).
