Subject: Inclusion of Regional Office, Joint DGFT. Rajkot in the jurisdiction of Committee on Quality Complaint & Trade Dispute (CQCTD) in Chapter-8 of Hand Book of Procedures, 2015-2020.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby amends the table as in Para 8.01 of Hand Book of Procedures, 2015-20 to include the office of Regional Authority, Raipur under the jurisdiction of Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Bhopal for effective handing of Quality Complaints & Trade Disputes and further introduces the setting up of the Committee in Quality Complaints & Trade Disputes (CQCTD) in the office of Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Rajkot.

Ds Accordingly, the revised table under the Western Zone would read as under:-

The office of the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Rajkot and Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade , Raipur are included in Para 8.01 under the Western Zone where Committee on Quality Complaint & Trade Dispute (CQCTD) has been constituted.
