In cxcrcise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the lroreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, thc I)irector Gencral of Foreign 'l'radc, hercby, incorporates para 2.79A and para 2.798 in Handbook of Procedure 2015-2020 as under: 2. 2.79A. ExDort Dermission for "Stock and Sale" Applications cvaluated/considercd conditions: i. for grant of aulhorization for export of SCOMIi'I items shall be by IMWG} for'stock & salc'purposc subjcct to thc following lrxport shall bc permittcd only Iiorn the principal company/the wholly owned subsidiary in India to their subsidiaries/principal company/warehousc abroad on thc basis of an l'lLJC from the latter lor 'stock & sale' purposes, when considered appropriate from the point of view of security and other critical consideration. (a) For any further transfer of thcse items by the 'stock & sale' cntity (to whorn the items arc originally cxportcd by Indian principal/wholly owned subsidiary) to entity (ics), including end uscrs, in thc same country, thc formcr shall obtain the [][JC from each link in the supply chain and l'orward the same to the Indian applicant/licensee for the purpose oI submission to licensing authority, i.e. DGI"T for seeking prior perrnission for such transfcr. 'l'he IMW(i may, howcver, relax this rcquirement of prior permission bascd on a Risk Assessment f,or such within same country sale/lransfcr. (b) In casc o1- retransl'cr by thc slockist cntity 1cl entity (ics) outsidc its country, the stockist cntity shall l'orward to thc Indian applicant/licensee the EtJCs from all links in clrain of supply for thc purpose of submission to liccnsing authority i.c. DGF-I- for sccking prior permission for such transfer. 1l
