Procedure for export of Value Added products of Red Sanders wood by Government of Andhra Pradesh.

To be published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part­I, Section­I Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry Department of Commerce Directorate General of Foreign Trade   Public Notice No. 42 (RE­2013)/2009­2014 New Delhi, Dated the  3  December, 2013   Sub:     Procedure for export of Value Added products of Red Sanders wood by Government of Andhra Pradesh.  In  exercise  of  the  powers  conferred  under  Paragraph  2.4  of  the  Foreign  Trade  Policy,  2009­14,  Director  General  of  Foreign  Trade  prescribes  the following procedure for export of value added products of Red Sanders wood in terms of Notification No. 54 dated 03.12.2013. 2.  (i)     Government of Andhra Pradesh is hereby permitted to export 1998.5917 MTs of value added products of Red Sanders wood, either by itself or through any entity/entities so authorized by them for the purpose.      (ii)    Such entity/entities or Government of Andhra Pradesh, as the case may be, shall be granted export authorization by the concerned Regional Authority of DGFT upon production of quantity allocation letter from Government of Andhra Pradesh.   3.         Effect of this Public Notice:               Procedure for export of 1998.5917 MTs of value added products of Red Sanders wood by Government of Andhra Pradesh in terms of Notification No.54 of 03.12.2013 has been notified.     (Anup K.Pujari) Director General of Foreign Trade E­mail : dgft[at]nic[dot]in   (Issued from F.No. 01/91/180/1380/AM12/Export Cell)
