(To be published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary) (Part 1­Section 1)   Government of India Ministry of Commerce & Industry Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DES­III Section)     Public Notice No. 40  (RE: 2013)/2009­2014 New Delhi, Dated   2nd   December,  2013     In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009­2014 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedure (Vol. I) the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies modification of SION A­2439, in respect of the export product 3‐Cyanopyridine, as under:   3‐Cyanopyridine 1 kg     Either   Beta Picoline 1.05 kg   Or a) Denatured Ethyl Alcohol 2.373 kg b) Methyl Alcohol 1.405 kg c) Alumino Silicate Catalyst 0.023 kg     2. Effect of the Public Notice:­   Under SION A­2439, quantity of import item Beta Picoline has been reduced from 1.21 Kg to 1.05 Kg for every Kg of export product.       (Anup K Pujari) Director General of Foreign Trade E­mail: dgft@nic.in   (Issued from File no. 01/82/162/00064/AM­10/DES­III)
