(TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART­I ­SECTION­1)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE   PUBLIC NOTICE NO.10/(RE­2013)2009­2014 NEW DELHI  : DATED : 07.05.2013               In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009­14 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment/modifications in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.II (SION Book):­   2.         The input Sodium Dithionate (Hy­drose) in Standard Input Output Norms at Sr. No.20 under G­7 and at Sr. No.22 under G­46, both in Leather Product Group, stands deleted. After deletion of Sodium Dithionate (Hy­drose) the total number of permissible inputs in G­7 and G­46 will be reduced to 42 inputs from existing 43.   3.         Effect of Public Notice.   Sodium Dithionate (Hy­drose) stands deleted as a permissible input under SION G­7 and G­46 with immediate effect. There would be no change in either the description or the quantity permitted in respect of the rest of the inputs under SION G­7 and G­46.    Sd/­                                (Anup K. Pujari) Director General of Foreign Trade E­mail: dgft@nic.in             (F.No.01/84/162/542/AM­13/DES­V)
