Subject: Amendment in Para 2.12 of Handbook of Procedure Vol.I, 20092014.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 20092014, the Director General of Foreign Trade makes the following amendment in paragraph 2.12 of Handbook of Procedure Vol.I, 20092014: 2. Currently, the validity of Zero duty EPCG Authorisation is 9 months. This is being enhanced to 18 months. Accordingly, Serial No. (ii) of
Para 2.12 of Handbook of Procedure Vol.I, 20092014 is amended as under:
