Subject: Modification of SION A­3559 under Chemical & Allied Products Group.

             In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009­14, the following amendment is made in the Handbook of Procedure Vol. II ( as stated in paragraph 1.1 of Vol. I) :   SION A­3559 of the Product Group “Chemicals and Allied Products” (Product Code: A)   Earlier Entry :   Sl.No Export Item Qty. Import Item Qty.   A­3559  Butadiene (from Olefin Complex ) 1 MT. Naphtha 1.864 MT.   Amended Entry :   Sl.No Export Item Qty. Import Item Qty.   A­3559  1,3­Butadiene 1 MT. Naphtha 1.864 MT.   Effect of this amendment :   Purpose is to reflect the Chemical Name of the Export Product. This is also the name prevalent in International Market. There is no change in the quantity of input permitted.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            (Anup K. Pujari)
