Subject: Amendment in Para 5.3.1 of HBP Vol.I, 20092014
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 200914 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I, 20092014, as amended from time to time. 2. The words “factory premises” appearing in Para 5.3.1 of HBP Vol.I (RE: 20092014) are amended to read as “factory/premises”. This issues in public interest. Sd/ (R. S.
