Attention of all the importers, exporters, customs brokers and other stakeholders is invited to the fact that all the Assessing Groups and Docks working under NS-I, III & V Commissionerate would be working on 11.03.2017 (Saturday) due to holiday on 13.03.2017 (Monday) on account of ‘Holi’. This will not only help in facilitating the Trade/Industry in tune with the Government’s initiative of `Ease of doing Business’ but will also obviate the situation of cargo accumulation at Port’s/CFS’s. In this regard all the importers, exporters, customs brokers and other stakeholders involved in the processing and clearance of import/export cargo are informed to avail this facility for assessment and clearance of the cargo.
