TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART­I, SECTION­I)    GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE      PUBLIC NOTICE  NO. 21 (RE­2007) /2004­2009 NEW DELHI, DATED THE  17th July, 2007     In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004­2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments /additions /corrections in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I:   1.                  In paragraph 4.19 relating to “Port of Registration”, under the heading “Airports”, Indore shall be added.    2.                  In Column No. 5 of BRC in Appendix 22A, the heading “Description of goods as given in the Customs Authenticated Shipping Bill” stands replaced by “Description of goods as given in the Customs Authenticated Shipping Bill and the Commercial Invoice/Packing List”.   This issues in public interest.      (R.S. Gujral) Director General of Foreign Trade and Ex­Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India     (Issued from F. No. 01/94/180/PN ­ Misc/AM08/PC­I)
