State Trading Corporation transfers the title of imported wheat to Food Corporation of India on high sea sale basis

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART – I, SECTION – I)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE   PUBLIC NOTICE No. 41(RE­2006)/2004­09 NEW DELHI :  Dated:  2nd   August, 2006   In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the   Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies as follows:                    “The Public Notice No. 7(RE­2006)/2004­09 dated 9.5.2006 and Public Notice No. 18(RE­2006)/2004­09 dated 12.6.2006 shall also be applicable in cases where State Trading Corporation(STC) transfers the title of imported wheat to Food Corporation of India(FCI) on high sea sale basis”.         This issues in public interest.   Sd/­  (K.
