TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART – I, SECTION­1)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE   PUBLIC NOTICE  NO.52 /2004­2009 Dated:  11th February, 2005                   In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):­    1.        In Para 4.19, the following addition shall be made:               “The following SEZs shall also be one of the specified ports for import and export under this paragraph:   SEZ   Santacruz, Kandla, Kochi, Vishakhapatnam, Chennai, FALTA, Surat, NOIDA”               This issues in Public Interest.                                                                                     (K.T.Chacko)                                               Director General of Foreign Trade .
