TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART­I, SECTION­1)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY   PUBLIC NOTICE No 48  (RE­ 03)/ 2002­2007 NEW DELHI:  the  16th   February, 2004   In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002­07, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1):   1.            Amendments are made in Appendix 15 pertaining to the “Agri Export Zones” as under:   Sl.No. Product State Districts covered 11. Vegetables Punjab Fatehgarh Sahib, Patiala, Sangrur, Ludhiana, Ropar, Abohar, Bhatinda, Muktsar and Hoshiarpur 41. Wheat Madhya Pradesh Ujjain Zone ( Neemuch, Ratlam, Mandsaur and Ujjain), Indore Zone ( Indore, Dhar, Shajanpur and Dewas ) and Bhopal Zone ( Sehore, Vidisha, Raisen, Hoshangabad, Harda, Narsinghpur and Bhopal) and Sagar 12. Potato Uttar Pradesh ( Agra) Agra, Hathras, Farrukhabad, kannoj, Meerut, Baghpat and Aligarh, Janpad Badaiyun, Rampur, Ghaziabad, Firozabad and Etawah 14. Mango Uttar Pradesh (Saharanpur) Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnaur, Meerut, Baghpat, Bulandshahr and Jyotibafulenagar   2.            Paragraph 19.1 of Appendix 14.II stands substituted as under:   “19.1.    SEZ  units  may  transfer  manufactured  goods,  including  partly  processed/semi­  finished  goods  and  services  from  one  SEZ  unit  to  another SEZ/EOU/EHTP/STP unit.  However, trading units in SEZ may sell/transfer goods imported/procured from DTA to another SEZ/EOU/EHTP/STP unit.”   3.         The address of  branch office of the Gems  & Jewellery  Export Promotion Council at Kolkata stands amended as follows :   International Trade Facilitation Centre [Banijya Bhavan]
