Attention of all Importers, Custom House and the members of the Trade is invite to the Boards Circular No. 4/2008-Cus dated 12.02.2008 (F. No. 467/34/2006-Cus. V) Regarding the valuation of imported second hand (old and used) machinery. 2. In addition to the Chartered Engineers/Inspection and Certification Agencies recognized by the Ministry of Commerce and enlisted in the in the Appendix 5 of the Handbook of the Procedures 2015-2020 as amended and in partial amendment of the earlier Public Notice No. 51/2015 dated 29.06.2015 issued in this regard the following Chartered Engineers/Inspection and Certification Agencies is empanelled for valuation/examination of the second hand (old and used) machinery imported at Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House as per Boards Circular No. 4/2008-Cus dated 12.02.2008 with immediate effect and until further orders.
