Subject: Amendment for extension of validity of Minimum Export Price (MEP) on export of Natural Honey — regarding.

S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, and in amendment of the earlier Notification No. 52/2025-26 dated 31.12.2025, the Central Government hereby extends the validity of the existing Minimum Export Price condition of Natural Honey under ITC(HS) code 04090000 of Schedule-II (Export Policy), as under, with immediate effect:—

Z. Effect of this Notification:

The validity of the existing Minimum Export Price (MEP) of US Dollar 1400 FOB per Metric Ton on the export of Natural Honey (under ITC HS Code 04090000) is extended till 318‘ December 2026.
