Subject: Amendment in export policy of items under HS Code 1101 - regarding.

5.0. (E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) as amended, read with Para 1.02 and Para 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, the Central Government hereby amends export policy of items under HS code 1101 of ITC (HS), Schedule—2, 2022 as under: L_ Existing | Existing Policy ITC(HS) है ~— Description Export Condition Additional Policy Condition ode Policy Export conditions|Export of 5 LMT of wheat . as laid down injflour and related products Wheat or Meslin DGFT under HS code 1101 shall Flour (Atta), oo हे है है Notification 3996. permitted under the Maida, Samolina _ है 1101 Prohibited |/2015-2020 Export Authorisation issued (Ravi/Sirgi), हिH dated by DGFT, subject to the Wholemeal Atta है हिH 14.10.2022. modalities notified and resultant atta separately vide Public Notice. 2. Effect of this Notification: The export of wheat flour and related products under HS Code 1101 shall continue to remain “Prohibited”. However, export to the extent of 5 LMT of wheat flour and related
