Sub: Working of All Groups and Docks in JNCH on 12.11.2016 in NS-I, III & V– reg.

Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers and other Stakeholders is invited to the fact that all the Assessing Groups and Docks would be working on 12.11.2016 due to holiday on 14.11.2016 on account of Guru Nanak’s Jayanti.

This will not only help in facilitating the Trade/Industry in tune with the Government’s initiative of `Ease of doing Business” but will also obviate the situation of cargo accumulation at Port’s/CFS’s.

In this regard all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers and other Stakeholders involved in the processing and clearance of imported/export cargo are informed to avail this facility for assessment and clearance of the cargo.

This issues with the approval of Commissioner of Customs, NS – III.
