(E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the policy condition of item under Chapter 07 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule - I (Import Policy): ITC(CHS) [Item Policy |Existing Policy Condition [Revised Policy Condition description 07019000|Potatoes, fresh|Restricted] Import of Potatoes from | Import of Potatoes from lor chilled: Bhutan is permitted freely, | Bhutan is permitted freely, Other without any license, up to | without any license, up to 30" June 2023. 300 June 2024. Effect of the Notification: Import of Potatoes under ITC(HS) code 07019000 is allowed from Bhutan without any Import License, up to 30016 2024.
