Subject: - Amendment in Export Policy of Onions Seeds.

S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export Policy of Onion seeds for the item description at Serial Number 73 of Chapter 12 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items, with immediate effect:

2. The provisions as under Para 1.05 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 regarding transitional arrangement shall not be applicable under this Notification.

3. Effect of this Notification:

The Export of Onion seeds is prohibited, with immediate effect. The provisions under Transitional Arrangement (Para 1.05 of the FTP 201520) shall not be applicable under this notification. this notification. aes
