A new import Policy Condition is added in Chapter 29 and 38 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule — | (Import Policy) as Policy Condition 4 and 5 respectively: The Importer shall, for, each import consignment, submit a copy of the Bill of Entry within 30 days to the Ozone Cell, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi. 3. Effect of the Notification: The notification amends the policy conditions for imports of various chemicals in Chapters 29, 38 and 39 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule — I (Import Policy). a. Importers of chemicals specified at 5. Nos. 1 to 15 needs to submit a copy of the Bill of Entry within 30 days to the Ozone Cell, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi. b. For S. No. 4, Import of HCFC-141b is prohibited except for feedstock application. c. For 5. Nos. 16 to 18, Import of pre-blended polyol containing Group VI substances, including HCFC- 141B, is not permitted as per Ozone Depleting Substances (Regulation and Control) Amendment Rules, 2014.
