S.0.(E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and paragraph 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 20152020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby inserts policy condition for import of cut flowers under HS Code 0603 of Chapter 6 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule — | (Import Policy), as under:
