Sub:- Extension of Facility of the Part delivery of the import consignments in case of Parts, Components and Accessories-reg.

Attention of all Importers, Customs Brokers, Members of the Trade and others is invited towards Facility Notice No. 47/2007 dated 07.11.2007 and 78/2015 dated 09.10.2015 both regarding facility of Part Delivery of import consignments.

  1. As a trade facilitation measure and providing ease of doing business, it has been decided to extend the facility of Part Delivery to the Parts, components and accessories of goods covered under Chapters 84 to 98 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.

  2. Difficulty, if any, in implementation of the above procedure may be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
