ERRATA

Subject: Errata to Notification No.49/2015-2020 dated 7" January, 2019 notifying Export Policy of Fertilisers under Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 2018.

In Line 2 of the NOTE 2 below Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 in the Notification No. 49/2015-2020 dated 7" January, 2019 is rectified to be read as under (changes made are in bold letters):

The procedure to obtain prior permission/ NoC of the Department of Fertilizers for export of fertilizers, wherever laid down, has been prescribed vide Public Notice No. 67 /2015-20 dated 7°" January, 2019.

Errata to Notification No. 49/2015-2020 dated 7 January, 2019 has been issued.
