Subject: - Amendment in the import policy of Peas under Chapter 7 of the ITC (HS) 2017, Schedule -I (Import Policy).

S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby, makes the following amendment in ITC (HS) 2017, Schedule 1 (Import Policy):

Import of Peas classified under Exim Code 0713 10 00 (including Yellow peas, Green peas, Dun peas and Kaspa peas) is “Restricted” till 30.09.2018.

Effect of this Notification: Import of Peas classified under Exim Code 0713 10 00 (including Yellow peas, Green peas, Dun peas and Kaspa peas) is “Restricted” till 30.09.2018. :

This issues with the approval of the Commerce and Industry Minister.
