In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) (as amended from time to time) read with paragraph 2.0 I of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import. 2. In supersession of Notification No. 78 (RE-20 13)/2009-20 14 dated 31.03.2014, Notification No. 28/2015-20 dated 15.09.2017 and Notification No. 03/2015-20 dated 19.04.2017, the following amendments are made, with immediate effect, against entry at Sf. No. 54, Chapter 07 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and lmport Items 2012 : SI. Tariff Item Unit Item Amended Policy Conditions No. HS Code Description Policy 54 0713 Kg. All varieties Free Export shall be through Custom EDI 0713 1000 of pulses ports. However, export through the non- 0713 20 00 including EDI Land Custom Stations (LCS) on 0713 31 00 organic Indo-Bangladesh and Indo-Nepal border 07133200 pulses shall also be allowed subject 07133300 to 0713 3400 registration of quantity with DGFT. 07133500 Regional Authorities (RAs) in Kolkata & Patna and such other RAs as notified by 0713 39 DGFT from time to time will be the 0713 39 10 designated RAs for the purpose of such 07133990 registration of quantity. 07134000 07135000 07136000 0713 90 0713 90 10 0713 9090 3.
