S.0.(E)- _ In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, the Central Government hereby amends Clause 3(1)(i)(h) of Foreign Trade (Exemption from application of Rules in certain cases) order, 1993 as under:
