S.0.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development& Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 of[the] Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Chapter 7 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, as amended from time to time: “With immediate effect, the table in respect of SI. No. SOA inserted vide Notification No. Notification85(RE-2013)/2009-2014No. 112(RE-2013)/2009-2014dated 26" June, 2014dated 20.02.2015,relating to export is substituted asof potato follows:as amended | vide SI.
