Subject: Requirement of Certification regarding export of Betel Leaves.

S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government, with immediate effect, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-2 (Export Policy) of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, as amended from time to time: -

A new entry at SI. No.90 A in Chapter-14 (Export Policy) of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items is added as follows:-

CHAPTER - 14

Vegetable Planting Materials, Vegetable Products not elsewhere specified or included.
