Subject: Prohibition on export of Shark fins of all species of Shark.

S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development

& Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009- 2014 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government, with immediate effect, hereby inserts a new entry at Sl. No. 31 A in Chapter 3 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export & Import Items, as under:
