Subject:- Amendment in export policy of cotton.
S.O. (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade
(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes, with immediate effect, the following amendments in respect of Sl. No. 197 & 199 of Chapter 52 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items:-

The existing entries stipulated against Sl. No. 197 & 199 in Chapter 52 of Schedule 2 of
