NOTIFICATION NO. 43 (RE-2001)/1997-2002 NEW DELHI DATED THE 24th DECEMBER,2001

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 1.3 and 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy,1997-2002 (incorporating amendments made upto 31.3.2001), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the “ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 1997-2002 (incorporating amendments made upto 31st August,1998)” and as amended from time to time:-

            In respect of Code No. 1207 relating to Niger Seeds for export  to USA in Table B of Schedule2, the name of the ‘National Dairy  Development

Board ( NDDB)’ appearing at S. No. 2 under Column 4 shall be substituted by ‘ Dhara Vegetable Oil and Foods Company Ltd., ( DOFCO)’ , at the same S. No. as one of the State Trading Enterprises for export of Niger Seeds to USA.
