S.O.(E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 2.1 and Para 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in the Notification No.58(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 13th April, 2007.
The quantity of Stone Aggregate specified in the said Notification shall stand substituted as follows:-
Stone Aggregrate: 4,05,000 MT.
