NOTIFICATION NO.57 (RE-2006)/2004-2009 NEW DELHI, DATED THE 13 APRIL, 2007

S.O.(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby amends Para-(vi) of “Nature of Restriction” against Sl. No.147 of Chapter 44 of ITC(HS) Classifications of Export & Import Items, 2004- 2009 (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-2009 as under : -

“(vi) The exporter must undertake exports within a period of 12 months from the date of import”.
