   S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation ) Act, 1992 read with

paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy ,2004-2009, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009:

Paragraph 6.9(a) stands amended as follows:-

“Supplies effected in DTA to holders of Advance Authorisation / Advance Authorisation for annual requirement/DFRC/DFIA under the duty exemption/remission scheme/EPCG scheme”

        This issues in Public interest.
