NOTIFICATION No. 22 (RE-2006) / 2004-2009 NEW DELHI, Dated: 24th July, 2006
S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, as amended , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments:
“Import of Vanaspati from Sri Lanka under India – Srilanka Free Trade Agreement shall be allowed freely in such cases where the Bill of Lading is dated 1st June, 2006 or before.”
This issues in public interest.
