NOTIFICATION No. 3 (RE-2006) / 2004-2009 NEW DELHI, DATED THE 3rd May, 2006

S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and

Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy – 2004-09, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Schedule – 2 (Export Policy) of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09 as under:

             In Chapter 25 of Schedule 2, the following shall be added after export licensing Note (b) :-

      ( c ) For the financial year 2006-2007
            (on annual basis)

             Stone Aggregate : 2,70,000 MTs
             River Sand          : 3,00,000 MTs

             This issues in public interest.
