NOTIFICATION No. 57 (RE-2005)/2004-2009 DATED 31st March, 2006

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development &

Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (updated w.e.f.1.4.2005):

Para 3.7 – Target Plus Scheme stands abolished for exports from 1.4.2006 onwards. This para

including sub para 3.7.1 to 3.7.8 there under is deleted w.e.f.1.4.2006.
