NOTIFICATION NO. 20 /(2004-2009) NEW DELHI DATED THE 28th JANUARY,2005

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 2.1 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import items, 2004-2009:-

In Chapter 25 of Schedule 2, the following may be added after export licensing note (a) :- (b) For the financial year 2005-2006 (on annual basis)

         Stone Aggregate: 1,90,000 MT
                      River Sand: 2,10,000 MT
