NOTIFICATION NO. 18 ( RE-2003 )/ 2002-2007 NEW DELHI, THE 6th AUGUST, 2003.

S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development & Regulation ) Act, 1992 ( No. 22 of 1992 ) read with 1.1, 2.1 and 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule 2 ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import items , 2002-2007.

2.     In the list of companies indicated in  appendix 5B of the Notification No. 3 ( RE-2003)/2002-2007 dated 31st
   

March, 2003 , the names of the following two companies are added at S. No. 16 and 17.

S. No. 16. M/s Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd., Cochin S. No. 17 M/s Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizer Company Ltd., Bharuch.

This issues in Public interest.
