NOTIFICATION NO. 41 (RE-2000)/1997-2002 NEW DELHI, the 31st October 2000

     In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of

1992. read with Paragraph 1.3 and 4.1 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002(incorporating amendment made up to 31.3.2000), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import items, 1997-2002 published on 31st March, 1997- ( RE-98) as amended from time to time.

      In entry at ITC (HS) Code No. 0703 (1) of Schedule-2, Table-B relating to export of Onions ( All varieties other than Bangalore rose Onions and Krishnapuram Rose Onions ), the last date for shipment of quantity of Onions released vide Notification No. 31 ( Re-2000)/1997-2002 dated 24th August, 2000 is extended to “ 30.11.2000”.
